My first experience with Rosemary was actually for respiratory support. I had wicked nasal congestion and Breathe blend just wasn’t cutting it. I looked up some easy breathing oils and Rosemary came up. I added it to a great roller blend that I make specifically for my compacted snot in my nasal cavities and after about a day of rubbing it on, I’m all clear!
Here’s my recipe for those of you who need something stronger than Breathe!
5 drops each of:
- Siberian fir
Fill the rest of the 10ml Roller Bottle with Fractionated Coconut Oil. I rubbed it all over my sinus areas on my face every hour

Rosemary is an aromatic, evergreen shrub whose leaves are frequently used to flavor foods such as stuffing, pork, roast lamb, chicken, and turkey. Along with its culinary applications, Rosemary has many benefits. Rosemary supports healthy digestion* and internal organ function.*Taken internally, it helps to reduce nervous tension and occasional fatigue.*
