Feeling Anxious_

I’ll be honest with you, when Magnolia was released I wasn’t sure how I would feel. While it didn’t smell like soap like Neroli, I couldn’t quite decide what it smelled like. It had a lime hint on the back end, and not a super floral flower on the front end.

The more I challenged myself to open it up and continue to smell it the more I fell in love with it. It isn’t as strong as Jasmine, but it’s a light refreshing smell. I’m not a huge fan of florals in general smell wise, but I really do enjoy Magnolia.

The first time I had heard of Magnolia’s was in reference to Asian cultures. It’s a very well traveled flower, having been used for centuries in Chinese medicine. Like Lavender and Bergamot (other florals), Magnolia is mainly comprised of Linalool, which may help reduce feelings of stress or anxiousness.
