“Lauren is so down to earth”
Lauren’s group has been such a consistently positive influence for me for the last four months! I look forward to the daily posts, which have really helped me stay motivated to exercise even if I don’t feel like it that day. Lauren is so down-to-earth and honest about her own struggles and how she works to overcome them. This makes sharing my own struggles easier and gives me some tools to work through them.

When I first decided to start working out at home, I was nervous and very skeptical that I’d actually do the work I need to get the results I wanted post baby. With the help of having a bunch of awesome women as accountability partners helped greatly. Lauren & Ciara are constantly sharing their own ups and downs as well as insightful tidbits to help along the journey. I’ve been able to reach out to Ciara and talk through some items that I am struggling with at any given point. I went from working out 3 (more like 2 times) a week when I was juggling childcare with my infant son to now getting in a solid workout 5 days a week. Having other women help with ideas on juggling schedules and workouts has been priceless!
Ah MAZZING! Game changer! That is what my coach is. The day I answered a post on wanting free advice for eating healthy is the day that changed my life for better. I didn’t get just free recipes I got a caring, non judgmental, awe inspiring woman who although years younger than I am taught me to “get it”. I lost weight, gained muscle and respect for my personal time and myself. I gained a tribe that is encouraging and fun. I have been involved daily and sometimes I have been AWOL but my coach will check in and ask what’s going on, can she help and it always brings me back to center. Life keeps us busy and we can find excuses not to commit. Lauren taught me how to eek out those minutes and make them count. I’ve gained so much from having my coaches. Knowledge, sincerity, fun and more importantly that we are not attaining a size or a scale number, we are working towards a “life” goal. What do you want your life to be? My coach can help you get there.

Two things you helped me navigate:
1. Before we spoke I felt called to do more, but I couldn’t figure out what or how. It wasn’t until our VERY FIRST SESSION you helped me flesh that all out and rally discover what I could do based on my skills, desires, and education. You asked the right questions and was able to recognize right away my strengths and my passion.
2. Confidence. After every chat we had I felt like I could take on the world. You helped me to set challenging goals that would yield tangible results. I feel like you recognize the benefits of achieving small goals and using those “wins” as momentum to launch oneself further and that is what has helped me feel more and more confident in my business and what it is I have to offer.
Working with you is literally like having a conversation with a close friend. I always felt like you genuinely cared about our time and my success. You were able to listen to the challenges I face and have some real input and advice on working around some of those challenges. You are a phenomenal resource and have your hands in so many pots that you were able to guide me in the right directions for whatever I needed to build my business at that time.
I sincerely thank you and look forward to future sessions (after the holidays! seriously, lets shoot for January or February) working with you. You have found your niche, you are a great with people and you seem to know your customer. I can’t wait to see how well you continue to do.
“Honest and Clear”
One of the best parts of this book are the Sanity Savers. Instead of wallowing in her depression, Lauren methodically dug her way out. She reached out to her medical providers and sought out community supports. Most importantly, she developed systems to help her streamline her life and maintain her sanity.
With her success, Lauren decided that her mission was to share and help others. As a result, she’s written her e-book and launched a consulting business to help others.

While I don’t suffer from PPD, Lauren made so many points that I can relate too. We both gave birth to our babies with our husbands deployed. And while I have a ton of support, it’s still hard and can be lonely at times. Lauren has always been there for me to just lend an ear when I need to vent. I can’t tell you how wonderful it is to have someone to talk to who has walked your path before you.
Whether you’ve had a baby or not, do Lauren a solid and read her book! Her story is so inspiring!

I am fortunate enough to have made the choice to utilize Lauren as a personal accountability coach this year. What can I say? She’s amazing! Lauren is both professional, approachable and incredibly supportive. She is genuinely excited about what she does, and each milestone I was able to hit! Lauren LISTENS. Her approach was not just a “one size fits all” approach. She heard what I had to say and helped me implement ideas that fit with my personality and lifestyle.
I appreciated each meeting with Lauren, and look forward to working with her in the future!
