“Lauren is so down to earth”

Lauren's group has been such a consistently positive influence for me for the last four months! I look forward to the daily posts, which have really helped me stay motivated to exercise even if I don't feel like it that day. Lauren is so down-to-earth and honest about her own struggles and how she works to overcome them. This makes sharing my own struggles easier and gives me some tools to work through them.

When I first decided to start working out at home, I was nervous and very skeptical that I'd actually do the work I need to get the results I wanted post baby. With the help of having a bunch of awesome women as accountability partners helped greatly. Lauren & Ciara are constantly sharing their own ups and downs as well as insightful tidbits to help along the journey. I've been able to reach out to Ciara and talk through some items that I am struggling with at any given point. I went from working out 3 (more like 2 times) a week when I was juggling childcare with my infant son to now getting in a solid workout 5 days a week. Having other women help with ideas on juggling schedules and workouts has been priceless!

“Game Changer”

Ah MAZZING! Game changer! That is what my coach is. The day I answered a post on wanting free advice for eating healthy is the day that changed my life for better. I didn't get just free recipes I got a caring, non judgmental, awe inspiring woman who although years younger than I am taught me to "get it". I lost weight, gained muscle and respect for my personal time and myself. I gained a tribe that is encouraging and fun. I have been involved daily and sometimes I have been AWOL but my coach will check in and ask what's going on, can she help and it always brings me back to center. Life keeps us busy and we can find excuses not to commit. Lauren taught me how to eek out those minutes and make them count. I've gained so much from having my coaches. Knowledge, sincerity, fun and more importantly that we are not attaining a size or a scale number, we are working towards a "life" goal. What do you want your life to be? My coach can help you get there.

"Honest and Clear"

One of the best parts of this book are the Sanity Savers. Instead of wallowing in her depression, Lauren methodically dug her way out. She reached out to her medical providers and sought out community supports. Most importantly, she developed systems to help her streamline her life and maintain her sanity.

With her success, Lauren decided that her mission was to share and help others. As a result, she’s written her e-book and launched a consulting business to help others.

"For everyone"

While I don't suffer from PPD, Lauren made so many points that I can relate too. We both gave birth to our babies with our husbands deployed. And while I have a ton of support, it's still hard and can be lonely at times. Lauren has always been there for me to just lend an ear when I need to vent. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to have someone to talk to who has walked your path before you.

Whether you've had a baby or not, do Lauren a solid and read her book! Her story is so inspiring!
