Best Tip Ever.png

After the holiday’s my face likes to break out in blemishes. It’s mostly because of all the junk food I consume (cough SUGAR cough). The good thing is though, that I have dōTERRA Patchouli. I can apply one to two drops of dōTERRA Patchouli to my favorite moisturizer to help promote a smooth, glowing complexion. Coupled with a Candida detox in my daily food, those blemishes don’t stand a chance.

dōTERRA Patchouli has a rich, musky-sweet aroma and is regularly used in the perfume industry as well as in scented products such as laundry detergents and air fresheners. Besides its amazing fragrance, dōTERRA Patchouli has a wonderful grounding and balancing effect on emotions.

Uses for Patchouli

  • Combine with Peppermint and apply to the forehead, temples, or back of the neck after a long day of work.
  • Apply one to two drops to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles, blemishes, or problem skin areas, or add to your favorite moisturizer.
  • Combine with Vetiver and apply to the bottoms of feet to help calm emotions.
  • Diffuse when you’re in the mood for a little something extra to get your spouse or partner on board (if you catch my drift…)
